Kitchen/dining room

The kitchen is fully fitted with pine units, French farmhouse sink, pine dressers, pot cupboard, table and chairs, Falcon "range" cooker, fridge freezer, Miele dishwasher, Whirlpool Microwave and all  essential kitchen appliances.

 

The dining area has 2 antique dressers and a large old farmhouse table that can easily seat up to 8 people comfortably.

Living room

A spacious room which includes fireplace with Jotul wood burner, TV/Satelite and DVD/ Stereo.

 

There are exposed stone walls, beamed ceiling, 3 large sofas, coffee table, book case full of books and magazines and big side board. Glazed doors lead to the covered terrace.

Bedroom 1

This bedroom is furnished with a 1.80m x 2.00m carved four poster bed, antique bed side tables,  traditional carved antique armoire, dressing table and 2 occassional tables. 

 

The room benefits from an en-suite bathroom of corner bath, wash hand basin and toilet.  There is a glazed door leading out onto the covered terrace

Bedroom 2

This is a twin bedroom (these beds can be pushed together to make a 1.80m x 2.00m bed) with exposed stone work to the walls and a beamed ceiling.

 

The room is furnished with a wardrobe and dressing table and there is an en-suite wet room with wash hand basin and toilet.

Bedroom 3

Is a suite consisting of a cosy living room, bathroom and bedroom. The living room has a day bed/sofa, persian carpet, satelite, TV/DVD, door to the rear terrace and door to the lobby. The lobby has stairs to the bedroom, Zanussi washing machine and door to the en-suite bathroom, which in turn has free standing roll top bath, wash hand basin, wc and bidet. 

 

The bedroom has  1.80m x 2.00m canopied bed, several Persian and oriental carpets,  balcony windows with stunning views, and seperate dressing room.

Grounds

The gite enjoys a large, fenced, 75m2 'L' shaped, infinity pool (with water fall end). There are good lawns for children to play and a barbecue.

 

Vineyards surround the property, in which the "viticulteurs" may occasionally be working.
